Practice: Jessica Goldman is a litigator whose practice focuses on commercial litigation - including insurance coverage, contract, fraud, construction defect, and intellectual property cases - and media litigation - including defamation, privacy, access, prior restraint, reporters' shield laws, public records, and newsgathering torts.

Experience: Jessica represents clients in diverse commercial litigation, with extensive experience representing insurers in coverage disputes. She also represents newspapers, Internet service providers, Internet content providers, and book publishers. In addition to media litigation, Jessica provides prepublication content advice to media companies and Internet content providers.
