Experience: Otto has been involved in all aspects of employer representation in the labor relations area for over thirty years. He works with employers of all sizes, helping them understand their legal rights and responsibilities. He has extensive experience in both federal and state court litigation, particularly in employment law cases. Otto regularly takes the lead in collective bargaining negotiations for many public and private sector clients, has represented numerous employers in grievance arbitration, and many public sector clients in interest arbitration. He frequently speaks on developments in labor and employment law.

• Executive Compensation and Contracts. Otto has substantial experience representing both executives and companies in matters involving executive compensation and employment agreements, and restrictive covenants.
• Employment Discrimination and Wrongful Termination Lawsuits. Otto has represented many employers in state and federal court employment law matters, covering a wide range of issues.
