Practice: Richard E. Mitchell represents public and private entities on a range of state, local and municipal issues, and on real estate, land use, and construction issues.
Experience: Richard is the former General Counsel to Governor Christine Gregoire, where he provided advice to Washington’s Chief Executive Officer and her staff on a wide range of issues. He has handled mediations and arbitrations, and all phases of dispute resolution from mediations to administrative hearings and litigation. He represents both public entities and private companies as their outside General Counsel.
