Litigation/Labor & Employment Legal Assistant: We are currently looking for an assistant with experience in Labor & Employment Law and Litigation. Our L&E practice specializes in employer-side labor & employment work, primarily in the public sector. Experience with matters before the Public Employment Relations Commission (PERC), the NLRB, the EEOC, the WA Human Rights Commission, and the courts is preferred. Experience with interest arbitration is a plus. Familiarity with court rules and procedures is critical. Candidate must have experience in litigation including ECF, as well as very strong MS Word skills, experience with Office 2013, excellent communication and organization skills, a positive team attitude, and a good sense of humor. Must also be able to handle client inquiries and multiple priorities in a fast-paced and friendly environment. Must be a team player, willing and able to do a wide variety of tasks.
