Hydrology and the Law
Summit Partner Ralph Palumbo will be speaking at the Hydrology and the Law seminar, sponsored by Law Seminars International, on May 29, 2015 at the Washington State Convention Center in Seattle. Ralph’s portion of the presentation “Applying the Science to the Law: Case Studies of Issues in Various Legal Contexts” will cover legal implications of the recent CARE v. Cow Palace decision in the Yakima Valley and implications for future regulation of dairy and related agricultural facilities under RCRA.
