Mandatory COVID-19 Vaccination Policy Guidance for Washington Employers

With the recent release of several COVID-19 vaccines, employers everywhere likely see this as an escape route from the pandemic. Many employers are asking whether they can require their employees to get these vaccines through employer-imposed mandatory vaccine policies. To date, federal, state, and local authorities have not issued laws or regulations requiring employers to implement mandatory vaccine policies.
