Jami has over ten years of experience serving as in-house counsel to real estate development companies, including one of the Puget Sound's largest local home builders. Jami's practice focuses on providing advice and assistance to clients in all aspects of real estate transactions and real estate development, including property acquisitions and dispositions, due diligence and feasibility analyses, development strategies, environmental review, permitting and administrative proceedings, contracting, homeowners' associations, commercial leasing, project financing, and business entity formation and management.
Laura’s practice focuses on corporate and securities law. She represents companies in all stages of life cycle, including start-up, supporting ongoing operations, financing through private and public offerings, and mergers and acquisitions. She has experience in negotiating letters of intent, definitive acquisition agreements, and related documents. She also assists clients with shareholders’ and directors’ meetings.
Teresa is a trial lawyer who maintains a general litigation practice. She has represented corporate clients in a variety of complex civil litigation matters, including employment disputes, intellectual property litigation, and commercial contract disputes. Prior to joining Summit Law Group, Teresa’s practice focused on complex labor and employment litigation, and she frequently counselled clients on matters such as anti-discrimination, wage-and-hour issues, and corporate compliance.
