Marketing Coordinator


Summit Law Group is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our collaborative and friendly marketing team. As the Marketing Coordinator at Summit Law Group, you will play a critical role in shaping the firm's image in the community and driving business growth through strategic marketing efforts. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager, Executive Director, and internal and external team members, while leveraging digital and traditional marketing channels to achieve our business objectives. 

A creative, upbeat, and organized mind would do well in this role. This is a highly collaborative team that loves to brainstorm and continually modernize. We are looking for a fully participatory team member, who believes all ideas are welcome. Our marketing team prefers in-office work, though some hybrid opportunities are available. This position is full-time but can scale down to part-time for the right candidate.


  • Collaborate fluidly with the marketing team, vendors, attorneys, staff, and clients.
  • Create, develop, and promote internal/external communications in all aspects of marketing.
  • Assist with seminars, webinars, events, and learning opportunities; including organizing and running events from concept through day-of logistics and follow-up.
  • Support legal teams with RFP/RFQ responses and client-specific pitch materials.
  • Creation and maintenance of web content and collateral marketing materials, including utilization of metrics to improve user experience.
  • Assist with creative content, including design and editing, for the firm’s internet/intranet sites and social media posts.
  • Streamline and modernize marketing processes, technology, and asset library.
  • Work on special projects as needed.


  • Intermediate proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (specifically InDesign and Illustrator), other digital marketing tools and platforms, and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to create, manage, and optimize social media campaigns to achieve objectives.
  • Creative thinker and capable of developing innovative marketing strategies via “big picture” thinking.
  • Willingness and enthusiasm to collaborate with the team, ask questions, and meet deadlines.
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to pivot and be flexible, including managing projects and workload top to bottom.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, and a good understanding of marketing and comms on an organizational level.
  • Web design and Smartsheet build knowledge are big pluses.

Salary for this position ranges from $65k-$85k for full-time employees, depending on experience.  Part-time positions would be scaled proportionately to FTE.
