Phase 3 Safe Start Plan Template
To assist employers in developing a required Safety Plan outlining how they will prevent the spread of COVID-19 as they reopen their workplaces, the Governor’s Office has released a “Phase 3 Safe Start Plan Template” that is accessible via the link below. The template provides a checklist and prompts about required aspects of a Safety Plan, while reminding employers to check for industry-specific requirements.
