Jessica will cover Model practices that should be adopted, and how to best retrieve public communications on private devices. Is privacy sacrificed or is it just convenience? Jessica will answer this question and address how to:
- Employ best practices for regulating the use of private email accounts and personal devices;
- Work with employees to obtain public records on personal devices; and
- Ensure that an adequate search is performed for responsive public records.
In addition, the entire Summit crew will once again be presenting “All That’s New and Fit to Print,” beginning with an open discussion on a range of current labor and employment topics of interest to public sector employers, followed by an open mic Q&A where the Summit panel will take on the tough questions in a no holds barred session.
