The Washington State Court of Appeals has affirmed the trial court’s decision in favor of Summit clients iLoop Mobile, Inc., Lenco Mobile, Inc., and CEO Matthew Harris in a case regarding breach of severance agreement and willful nonpayment. Summit Partners Shannon Phillips and Molly Terwilliger achieved dismissal of one breach of contract and the willful nonpayment claims on summary judgment. The Summit team, along with Ralph Palumbo, then went on to obtain a defense verdict with respect to the remaining breach of contract claim in a bench trial in 2013.
