Sexual Harassment Case Dismissed on Summary Judgment
A former employee of AutoZoners, LLC asserted claims of sexual harassment, gender discrimination, and related tort claims. After successfully removing the case to federal court, Summit’s employment litigation team moved for summary judgment on all claims. Summit partner Shannon Phillips presented oral argument before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Washington, after which the Court granted summary judgment in favor of AutoZoners, dismissing all of the plaintiff’s claims.
