Summit Partners Peter Altman, Sofia Mabee, Dan Swedlow, and Rod Younker will be heading to Chelan, Washington to present at the Washington Public Employer Labor Relations Association Fall Conference: "No Whining – Engaging Employees," on September 21-23, 2016. Dan will be speaking on "Drug Testing: Don't Drink (or Toke) & Drive – Drug Testing, Model Policies and Bargaining Implications," Peter and Dan will present "Behave Like a Fine Wine at and Away from the Bargaining Table," and Rod will be presenting his popular "PERC Updates" session.

In conjunction with the WAPELRA Conference, Rod and Sofia will be presenters at the NPELRA preconference session: Labor Relations Academy III: The Negotiation Process, taking place on Wednesday, September 21st. Rod's presentations will include "Obtaining Parameters: Preparing for Bargaining," Structuring and Costing a Multi-Year Settlement," and "The Timing and Order of Settlements," and he will co-present the final segment, "Perspectives of the Negotiation Process."
