Profile Introduction

Eva Oliver focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation before both courts and arbitration panels, advocating on behalf of businesses and public entities in a broad range of commercial disputes.

Having recently clerked for Chief Judge Timothy M. Burgess of the US District Court for the District of Alaska, Eva is most known for her skills as a stellar writer and researcher with impeccable attention to detail. As she has quickly proved in private practice, she is as adept on her feet in the courtroom as she is on briefs. She weaponizes her calm and collected demeanor, consistently delivering a focused and captivating presentation of her client’s position.

These attributes are amplified by her exceptional ability to efficiently gather key facts and weave them into a compelling narrative, skills she refined even prior to law school through her work for the National Labor Relations Board and in various marketing positions at technology firms. Her years of experience in both the public and private sectors afford her valuable insight into her clients’ goals and objectives.
