Jessica Mitchell advises her clients on a variety of real estate matters, representing private and public companies, developers, government entities and institutional investors, with an emphasis on commercial leasing, acquisition, disposition and complex real estate development.
Delivering practical, business-minded solutions designed to foster the commercial success of her clients, Jessica has extensive experience handling everything from one-off leases for local retailers to large scale, time-sensitive, complex development deals. She works closely with her clients to shepherd deals from inception, through due diligence, and to completion, tracking every aspect of the transaction in order to identify and resolve potential deal blockers, as well as drafting and negotiating all key contracts.
Bringing ease and adaptability to transactions. Jessica relocated to Washington from Australia more than a decade ago, an experience that further strengthened her adaptability and talent for handling pressure with ease — both of which are valuable attributes in the fast-paced, growth-oriented atmosphere in which her clients operate.
