Profile Introduction

Katie concentrates her practice on representing clients in commercial real estate leasing, acquisition and development. Katie’s practice has primarily focused on the representation of tenants in office and industrial leases. She regularly assists clients in analyzing, drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, leases, CC&Rs, licenses, and other real estate contracts. She also aids clients in transactional due diligence, including environmental due diligence investigations in connection with real estate development. Prior to joining Summit Law Group, Katie was an associate at Riddell Williams P.S.


In her spare time, Katie enjoys reading, camping, snowboarding, traveling, and trying new restaurants.
