Profile Introduction
Peggy's practice focuses on intellectual property (IP) law issues, including content and software licensing, IP protection, drafting and negotiating IP licensing, service agreements; and advertising and marketing related issues.
Peggy also advises clients on corporate law, real estate, and immigration matters; draft incorporation documents, stock incentive plans and stock option agreements, non-disclosure agreements, leases, property management agreements, construction agreements, and immigration petitions.
Previously Peggy served as in-house counsel at Microsoft Corporation, working closely with business executives and clients on a broad range of legal, policy, and business issues, including antitrust, advertising, privacy, ethics and policy compliance, copyright, trademark, social media, anti-piracy, competitive intelligence, open source software, and procurement issues. She has substantial experience partnering with stakeholders across business and legal groups; driving collaboration by identifying synergies and aligning strategies among various stakeholders.
In her spare time, Peggy enjoys gourmet Chinese cooking, basketball and scenic hikes to waterfalls. She is also fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
