Profile Introduction

Rachael is a trial lawyer who maintains a general litigation practice.  She has represented clients in a variety of complex civil litigation matters, including employment discrimination, intellectual property litigation, shareholder rights, breach of fiduciary duty claims, and contract disputes. Prior to joining Summit Law Group, Rachael worked as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for Spokane County, WA, where she prosecuted a range of criminal activity, including violent crimes, sex offenses, and homicides.  She handled numerous, high-profile cases that garnered significant media attention, and conducted fifteen jury trials, including two homicide trials and two violent sex offense trials.


Rachael enjoys backpacking in national parks, baking French pastries, and traveling.
