Profile Introduction

Rachael represents private and public entities in a wide range of labor and employment litigation matters, including grievance arbitrations, unfair labor practice complaints, administrative hearings and civil lawsuits. Rachael appears regularly before federal and state agencies and in state and federal courts, on behalf of her clients.


Prior to joining Summit Law Group, Rachael worked as a deputy prosecuting attorney for Spokane County, Washington, where she prosecuted several high-profile cases that garnered significant media attention. During her tenure, she conducted fifteen jury trials, including two homicide trials and two violent sex offense trials.


Prior to law school, Rachael served as a paralegal in the Judge Advocate General’s Corps of the US Navy in Italy. While in law school, she completed internships at offices of county, state and federal prosecutors.


Rachael enjoys backpacking in national parks, baking French pastries and traveling.
