Training on basic legal concepts in working with represented employees and their bargaining representatives.
Content of this training will include:
- How the collective bargaining process works, including mandatory and permissive subjects of bargaining;
- Uniformed and non-uniformed impasse resolution;
- Past practices; and
- Conduct that may constitute an unfair labor practice.
