Comp Trends by Advanced Basecamp, LLC
Greater visibility and collective insight before, during, and after a bargain.
Dealing with economic issues during collective bargaining may be challenging for many reasons:
- Often the market landscape shifts beneath you.
- As other agencies strike their own deals, your market position changes from one bargain to the next
- You learn about the changes too late to plan and budget proactively.
- The lack of real-time visibility into statewide trends limits your ability to be as effective as you would like to be at the table.
Possessing the most complete and accurate market data as it becomes available provides a clear advantage. Summit Law Group’s Labor & Employment team—a powerhouse group of experts with 175+ years of combined bargaining experience, who have negotiated 1,500+ contracts to date—understands this advantage and has created a new toolchest to allow employers to track the ever-evolving labor market in real time.
