Litigation Associate Attorney

Summit Law Group is seeking applicants for a litigation associate attorney with 3-5 years of experience.  Candidates must have strong written and oral communication skills.  Deposition or courtroom experience is preferred.  Prior experience with employment law is a plus, but not required.  Must be a member in good standing with the Washington State Bar Association.

Employment & Labor Litigation Attorney

Summit Law Group seeks applicants with 3-10 years of experience for an employment and labor litigation position.  The position requires proficiency with employment litigation tasks, including strong written and oral communication and advocacy skills.  Deposition, discovery, and pretrial motion experience is preferred.  The position also involves advising and counseling employers on the full spectrum of employment law issues, including discipline and discharge, discrimination and harassment, wage and hour, leave and accommodation, etc.  Labor law experience is preferred but not required, including familiarity with collective bargaining, labor arbitration, and unfair labor practices.

The employment and labor department at Summit Law Group fosters a collegial atmosphere.  Teamwork, the ability to manage multiple projects, and a sense of humor are appreciated. 

Must be a member in good standing with the Washington State Bar Association.
