Summit Honored as Best Workplace in Washington for the 5th Consecutive Year

Puget Sound Business Journal has named Summit Law Group one of the Best Workplaces in Washington for 2025. The firm ranked 22nd among midsize companies for the fifth consecutive year at an August 28th, 2025 award ceremony. View the full list of the best workplaces in the midsize category here.

The employers on the Best Places to Work lists are determined via a survey conducted by Quantum Workplace, American City Business Journals' national research partner for this program. Thousands of employee surveys are scored using questions ranging from health benefits to management styles. The annual list defines the mid-size category as a company with between 50 and 99 employees.
