The Washington State Court of Appeals has affirmed the Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission’s order granting Summit client Waste Management of Washington, Inc.’s application for non-exclusive statewide authority to provide biomedical waste collection services. We congratulate Waste Management and the Summit trial team lead by Jessica Goldman and Polly McNeill in their clear victory after a lengthy and hard-fought battle against Stericycle of Washington.
