Summit Law Group proudly announces that our firm has achieved Mansfield Certification Plus for 2024–2025. To achieve Mansfield Certification, Summit implements a behavioral science and data-driven approach—designed by Diversity Lab in collaboration with talent experts, data scientists, and lawyers—to help increase diversity in leadership.

Consistent, inclusive leadership opportunities also require measurable actions evaluated over time. To maintain its effectiveness, the certification standards continue to evolve year-over-year based on data-backed insights.

A US Federal Court recently affirmed that Mansfield aligns with anti-discrimination laws, reinforcing the legal integrity and strength of our work alongside other Mansfield Certified firms. Looking ahead, we're also pleased to confirm our renewed commitment to the 2025–2026 certification cycle, joining over 275 peer firms dedicated to a fairer, more transparent path to leadership in the law. The annual endeavor asks firms to recommit to the principles of transparency, accountability, and knowledge-sharing required through the certification process.
