what surprised you most about working at summit?

"The variety of projects and experience I had. From bargaining sessions, arbitrations, and court visits, to researching and briefing a variety of topics. This summer has been filled with a broad spectrum of enjoyable experiences." 

What advice would you give future interns at summit?

"You are here to learn, so it is okay to make mistakes. Just be sure that you understand where you went wrong so you don't repeat them. Ask questions and clarify expectations at the start of a project task. The Partners, LAs, Paralegals - everyone is committed to ensuring you have a successful summer."
