Summit Ranks Tenth in Law360's 2025 Diversity Snapshot
With minorities making up 28.2% of its partnership, Summit Law Group PLLC ranked No. 10 among firms with 100 or fewer attorneys in the 2025 Law360 Diversity Snapshot. Summit's consistent top-ten ranking of recent years demonstrates its commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts, including its participation in the Diversity Lab's Midsize Certification cohort (2022-present).
Law360's latest Diversity Snapshot ranking suggests that a modest number of firms are keeping up with the potential talent pool. 248 law firms across the country qualified for the 2025 Law360 survey, and of those surveyed, only 13% surpassed the publication's top diversity benchmarks, a marked reduction from last year's 15.6% benchmark. While there were roughly 50 fewer firm participants than in 2024, the survey data covers more than 100,000 attorneys in the U.S., including more than 45,000 partners, similar to recent years. Benchmarks are determined by several categories of representation, including equity partners, associates, and "other attorneys." The survey also scores national firms based on their percentage of attorneys and partners of color.
