12th Annual Federal and Civil Trial Practice Seminar
One of the first items on your list of things to do on a case should be determining whether you need expert testimony. Before you can even begin searching for an expert, you need to be able to answer some fundamental questions: What type of expert might I need? What should I look for in the experts I am considering?
Mr. Mitchell will cover these topics at the 12th Annual Federal and Civil Trial Practice Seminar, where he will present in a panel, "Selecting and Effectively Using Expert Witnesses," which will be moderated by Senior Judge Edward F. Shea of the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Washington.
