

Overview
Monica Romero advises on a variety of labor and employment matters, and leverages her expertise in both trial and appellate litigation.
Monica represents employers at both trial and appellate levels in single-plaintiff and class action employment matters, involving Title VII, Washington Law Against Discrimination, tort, and wage and hour claims. Monica has successfully defended clients in jury trials, arbitrations, labor board hearings, and on appeal.
In addition to litigation, Monica advises employers on federal and state compliance issues, including hirings/separations, accommodation requests, worker classification, discipline, and personnel policies.
Clients. Monica's clients range from small to large private, nonprofit, and public employers, non-unionized and unionized.
