Profile Introduction

Kyle has extensive experience in real estate transactions and corporate counseling. His real estate practice focuses on the acquisition, development, construction, financing and leasing of office, multi-family, hospitality, energy, industrial, biotech and mixed-use projects throughout the United States.  Kyle’s business practice focuses on strategic growth and protection of his clients’ assets. 

 

Kyle’s clients include (among others) Fortune 500 companies, closely-held multigenerational real estate companies, investment funds, energy companies and self-made billionaires.  Kyle also has the privilege of representing James Beard award winning chefs, members of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, professional athletes and critically acclaimed artists.    

 

Kyle has been the lead real estate attorney for numerous nationally recognized projects, including corporate headquarter projects, hotel developments, renewable energy projects, and transactions involving iconic buildings in Chicago, Manhattan, California, London and Paris.

 

Whether public or private companies, institutional investors or leaders of industry, Kyle counsels his clients through complex transactions with a straightforward and strategic focus. Collaboration is key.  Kyle is constantly adapting for his clients’ needs, and his trajectory is measured by the continued prosperity and growth of his clients.

 

Prior to Summit, Kyle was a Partner at Perkins Coie LLP and Riddell Williams (and a member of the executive committee and the chair of the Real Estate Practice Group).

 

Kyle proudly serves on the Board of Directors of Rundle Investments.  Kyle also served on the Executive Committee of the Washington State Bar Association's Real Property Section, Board of Trustees of the ACT (A Contemporary Theater) and President of the East King County Bar Association.  In his free time, Kyle enjoys working in his family's olive orchards.
