Benchmark Litigation, “the definitive guide to America’s leading litigation firms and attorneys,” has again named Summit Law Group one of just seven “Highly Recommended” Washington litigation firms. Benchmark undertakes an annual six-month research period, conducting extensive interviews with litigators and their clients to identify leading litigation attorneys and firms among the hundreds practicing in Washington. Benchmark also named Denise Ashbaugh, Phil McCune and Ralph Palumbo “Local Litigation Stars,” a group of only 32 Washington State attorneys “who were recommended consistently as reputable and effective litigators by clients and peers.” Jeff Feldman was also named an Alaska “Local Litigation Star,” and Jessica Goldman is featured as an attorney “at the forefront of the firm’s robust First Amendment practice” who has “represented several high-profile clients.”
