Profile Introduction

With a focus on commercial and employment litigation, Hathaway handles cases from inception through trial and appeal in state and federal courts. She has litigated cases on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of matters such as contracts and business torts, employment discrimination, wrongful discharge and breach of non-compete agreements, as well as intellectual property disputes.

Hathaway graduated from the University of Washington School of Law with honors. During law school, she served as a senior editor for the Washington International Law Journal. She also participated in the Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot competition where she competed in Austria and Hong Kong. After graduation, she served as a judicial law clerk for Justice Mary Yu on the Washington Supreme Court.
