Ada has represented clients in negotiating and documenting commercial leasing agreements, acquisitions and sales; handled lease amendments and terminations; and advised on related property development and management matters.


Drawing on their experience in legal private practice and as a former small-business owner, Ada also advises local, regional and international companies on a range of corporate and commercial matters, including business formation and governance, mergers and acquisitions, and financings.


Deeply involved with legal, policymaking, and other civic and charitable organizations, Ada focuses on issues involving intersectionality and the identification and promotion of common ground among diverse communities. Ada has also provided pro bono counsel in affirmative asylum cases and related matters.


Outside of the office, Ada can be found backcountry skiing, climbing mountains, and harvesting wild mushrooms.
